The U.S. Dual Diploma program is for high school students who live outside the U.S. and desire an international high school experience from home. Students will learn through an American-style education, which will help them stand out from their peers. Online Learning with U.S. Teachers
Students earn their American high school diploma by working through online courses in English taught by U.S. teachers. Taking a combination of core and elective courses, students complete 10 semester-length courses in addition to their local curriculum. As part of the U.S. Dual Diploma program, successful graduates benefit from advising sessions, a global online community, guaranteed university admissions, scholarships, and more.

What English level is required to participate in the U.S. Dual Diploma Program?
We offer options for any English level. Beginners may take our ELL courses (for grades K–12) to prepare for other coursework in English. Grades K–5 may take academic courses with an A1 or A2 level depending on the grade. Academic courses for grades 6–12 require a B1 and above CEFR level to participate. U.S. Dual Diploma students below a B1 level may substitute an English course for their first elective to bring their English to B1 level.

What courses do I need to complete the U.S. Dual Diploma Program?
In addition to courses at your local high school, you must complete 10 semester-length courses with a Hudson Global Scholars network school. Required subjects include English Literature and World History. In addition, students take elective courses in exciting subject areas, such as AI, Digital Media, and Business.

Will my American High School Diploma be accepted at any university?
Hudson Global Scholars network schools are accredited and are authorized to award an official high school diploma. This credential is accepted anywhere a U.S. diploma is accepted.
