GDPR Consent Form

Having read the Hudson Global Scholars, LLC (“HGS”) Consent Notice to Individuals Located in the European Economic Area pursuant to the GDPR (“Consent Notice”) and the HGS GDPR Policy (“Policy”), I hereby give consent for the use of my Personal Data and, if applicable, to that of the student under the age of 16 for whom I am the parent/legal guardian, including Sensitive Personal Data (including, but not limited to racial or ethnic origin), for the purposes outlined in the Consent Notice and Policy to be transferred overseas pursuant to the provisions of the GDPR, and more specifically to the United States of America, even if this country were not considered a privacy safe harbor by the EU competent authorities due to the absence of appropriate safeguards. I further consent to the collection, processing and storage of my Personal Data and, if applicable, to that of the student under the age of 16 for whom I am the parent/legal guardian, including Sensitive Personal Data as outlined in the Consent Notice and Policy.
