How to confirm a student passed their ELL level

When a student passes their English Language Learning Learning Level, they receive 2 different confirmations:

 

1. Confirmation of passing when they are marked complete and receive a final grade over email

2. They receive their level completion certificate on NEO Study App once they take their certification test after earning required number of points.


If you need confirmation for additional students

  • Provide the student’s full name and course identifier so completion status can be verified and recorded using the same evidence items (grade posting and learning-app points).
